Ohio Weekend

Off to Ohio for my sister's wedding. All I have to say is, it better not snow!
I will post pictures when I get back.

Vegas part 2

We went out to dinner at Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville. It is my mom and Sharon's birthday in October. The stilt sailor made these flower hats for them both. Don't they look cute? The food was pretty good, the servings were HUGE! My mom and I just shared our dinner. I got an Italian margarita, it was very good.

We went to go see the Blue Man Group. We had really good seats; second row! So we had to wear these ponchos in case we got paint of food splashed on us. The boys were pretty funny in their ponchos, they kept acting like they were dresses.

I love these old neon signs in Downtown Vegas!!! I wish we could have seen the Freemont street light show, its always really neat.

Had breakfast at this hotel. Food was ok, but our waitress sucked! She was slow and very rude. Needless to say she did not get much of a tip.
The next picture was a guy outside of the hotel, who was doing spray paint pictures. They were pretty amazing! My dad sat and watched him for about an hour.

The Vegas trip went way to fast, but was a lot of fun. I'm glad Tyler and I were able to fit it into our schedule and make it out there. It was the first time he had ever been there and the first time we had gone together. We live so close, you think we would have gone by now. Hopefully, we will be able to make it back sometime soon!
Thanks mom and dad for inviting us on your vacation, we had a great time. It was so good spending time with you!

Vegas part 1

Tyler and I flew to Vegas for a few days to join my mom and dad on their vacation. We missed our flight due to the Bay Bridge closure, so we enjoyed some breakfast at Lori's diner while we waited for the next flight. Luckily there was another flight a little later that we were able to get onto.

Car Accident

So, I was involved in a car accident on Sunday October, 11. Some guy ran a red light and turned left in front of my car. I am fine, no injuries; just a little shaken up. The other guy was fine also.
These are just some pictures showing the damage to my car.

This is where all of the damage was to my car! You can see the tire marks from his car. He did not have his rear passenger tire at all after this. My car is a beast.

At least I am okay. I am a little upset because my car is most likely going to be totaled; and I LOVE my car!!! I know it's just a car, but still it was a very good car. Now I am just waiting to hear from the other guys insurance to see what is going to happen to my car and what they are going to offer me. In the mean time, I have already spoken with them and have a rental car. So at least that is a positive.

Mom's surprise party

On Sunday, we threw my mom a surprise party since I was home on the actual date this year. I only got a few pictures before my camera battery died. Here are my mom's parents, her sister and aunt. It was nice to see everyone there.

Really glad we were able to pull off the surprise party. I got in both my sister and mom's party in the same day! It was a really great trip back to Ohio. Can't wait for December when Lori and Dean get married! Hopefully it's not too cold and snowy.

Lori's Bridal Shower

We started the weekend by going to Ohio Mart at Stan Hywet Hall in Akron,OH. It was a really nice event and they had some really nice craft items.

On Saturday was my sister's bridal shower. It was held at my Aunt Terri's house. My cousin, Kyle and I are the bridesmaids and were in charge of getting things ready for the party. Kyle is super crafty and came up with a lot of good ideas for the party! It was really nice to see and hang out with her; it has been waaayy to long since we have hung out.
